- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh strawberries chopped
- Chocolate syrup optional
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brush tortillas with melted butter and coat in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
