Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season diced chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream and stir until combined.
Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Return cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.
Add cooked pasta and toss everything together until evenly coated.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
