Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 14 oz chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 boxes 3.4 oz each instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 ½ cups cold milk
  • 12 oz whipped topping like Cool Whip, thawed
  • Gummy worms optional, for topping

Method
 

  1. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  4. Fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Gently fold in whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
  6. In a serving dish, layer crushed cookies and cream mixture alternately, ending with cookie crumbs on top.
  7. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with gummy worms before serving if desired.

Notes

  • Chill longer for firmer layers and better flavor.
  • Use chocolate pudding instead of vanilla for extra richness.
  • Make in individual cups for party servings.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
