Method
- Place chicken and potatoes in crockpot.
- Mix butter, garlic, cream, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture evenly over chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on HIGH 4 hrs or LOW 6–7 hrs until chicken is tender.
- Stir gently before serving and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Use chicken thighs instead of breasts for extra juiciness.
- Add spinach or broccoli in the last 30 minutes for a veggie boost.
