- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted unsalted butter
- 2 cups crushed pineapple well drained
- 1 package 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups whipped topping plus extra for garnish
- ½ cup pineapple chunks optional topping
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish to form the crust.
Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Fold in drained crushed pineapple.
Gently fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
Spread the mixture evenly over the crust.
