- Place beef chunks into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and rosemary evenly over the beef.
- Add minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce on top.
- Pour beef broth around the meat.
- Place sliced butter over the beef pieces.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or until beef is fork-tender.
- Gently shred or leave in chunks and spoon sauce over the top before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
